Milevo uses an adaptive engine: minimal power while parked or off shift, full GPS accuracy only while you're actually moving. You can also choose a maximum-accuracy mode in settings if you prefer.
Yes. Drives are recorded fully offline, anywhere in the world. Street addresses are filled in automatically the next time you're online. Units, currency, and deduction rates are all configurable.
Milevo's PDF report is designed for strict tax authorities: numbered drives with date, time, addresses, distance, vehicle and purpose, plus a change-log appendix that discloses every edit ever made. Requirements differ by country, so check with your tax advisor for your specific case.
